Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to My Account → Orders.
3. Select the order you wish to return and click Request Refund.
4. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original packaging and undamaged.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Submit a return request within 30 days.
• Include photos showing the damage caused during shipping.
• Once approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Time

After we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will appear on your original payment method once processed.
